‘Mr Raw and M.I made me’ Phyno Confesses

A lot of people are however not aware that the talented young artiste got his first big break through older rap acts Mr Raw and M.I

Phyno aka ‘The Playmaker’, according to the NETNG said this when he dropped by for a friendly shout out at Dream 925 FM, Enugu with fellow artistes M.I and Mr Raw hours before they performed at the fourth leg of the Star Music Trek concert, which held at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium Enugu.

Phyno who gave props to the two artistes for discovering his talent and giving him a platform to display it and also noted that he was ready to give his fans what they’ve been eagerly clamoring for; great music.

The fair skinned dual lingo rapper, produced and featured a number of songs on Mr Raw’s 2007 ‘Everything Remains Raw’ album while learning the ropes in Enugu.

The rapper is currently signed to Sputnet Records and heavily affiliated to Capital Hill-The Goretti Company where director Ill Bliss is also one of his mentors
